Brimstone
Reasoning

Written: 07-30
Brimstone sits in the office in Valhalla's. The music can be heard downstairs as the normal partiers dance the night away. Brimstone looks at the LCW faithful sitting in front of him, the interviewer is new and young, probably his first interview. Of course the question he asks is why. Why did EEI turn on the fans and the people that cheered them on. When Brimstone answers, his voice is colder than ice, harder than steel. People who watch the interview begin to remember Brimstones own words, the warning he gave to every member of Mercury and the fans.

'Why? There is no perfect explanation for that simple question. It was a matter of when, not why. The roid monster, the wrestler formally known as Apex, actually made a decent point and for once people should have listened. We did not change our name to Good Enterprises, we were always EEI. For once our goals were aligned with the goals of the fans. We wanted to do nothing short of stop Oblivion. Not because of the reasoning behind their motives, but because of the pompous attitude that they could save Mercury from itself. They could not. We fought them every step of the way from the very beginning. Slate says he was the first to fight them, bullshit. He whimpered and pined over sickness, while we were battling her cronies. Those cronies wreaked havoc on the federation, while Harbinger himself was punking out to her whims, we were fighting for Mercury's Survival.

Hollow was dead wrong about something else though, it seems that his sheep was also a wolf. Keith showed who he was the other night, with astounding viciousness. He has proven his worth once again. Everyone was warned, if we ended up battling Oblivion and winning, with no help from the mercury roster that Oblivion wanted to destroy, those people would pay. Unfortunately for the man who I faced, it started with him. Jin is still on my list as one of the most dangerous men on the roster. The attack on him was a sign of things to come. Gentlemen each of you were warned, yet you did nothing. You stood idly by as EEI took care of the problem. Though you were attacked, you waited whether it was cowardice or laziness, we do not care. You had your chance.

The sound of Johnny in the back ground yelling at someone to clean up a mess downstairs can be heard. The man then enters the room. Goes through some papers, then leaves again all in about thirty seconds. Wade can be seen hollering at the same guy as Johnny was.

'It seems Mr. Young practices the same math that is predecessor M Wolf does. I am going to explain this quite simply. You beat me once, we have wrestled twice, therefore you have won a whopping fifty percent of the matches. That is hardly dominating. Same with your matches with Dirge. Another fifty percent hardly a domination. The stable match, which pitted EEI vs Otown, EEI beat the whole fucking stable. It does not matter, Young who you beat. Your stable lost that match, you could not fucking do it. You and yours lost that battle. There is no dominance from Oblivion only probability. When you do something, you are bound to get it right once and a while. You guys made impossible goals. No one has gotten rid of EEI, no one will. We come and go on our own terms Young. You should have stuck with people like Harby, or Slate. They are so mentally broken you could have started your genocide agenda there. Instead you choose the worst possible target and failed. Face it, Sick is gone, Hollow is broken and Oblivion is a lost cause.

Keith and I get to spread our bread of violence to the ring against the form stable mates Gol and Young. It should be quite entertaining to say the least how the fans react to that match. Keith was right, except for the EEI faithful, most will forget Gol and Young’s transgressions and probably start cheering for those two. All is well though, it will show how unmemorable their truly crusade was.

Brimstone then gets a phone call, ending the interview very abruptly.
