Written: 04.25.07 Leaning Towards a Death Match ***Once again Blaise McCoy seems to be in a big rush to get somewhere as he sits in the back of a speedy limo. The driver bolts through traffic barreling through red lights and barely missing smashing into other cards various times. Blaise remains calm and has his arms folded across his chest.*** “Well, well, well, what do we have here? I am in a little bit of a rush to get to the show because of a prior engagement and I think this limo driver will get me there in time, or kill me first!” ***He smacks the back of the driver’s seat, startling the driver, but he continue to fly through town.*** “Now I have another match back in Mercury and it is with a very familiar opponent. Yes, Brimmy boy, it’s a death match. But of course I would leave it up to you to not even understand what it means. You wanna snap my neck off and watch the blood squirt out? I would love to see you try. I am very familiar with death. I have come close to it several times ad actually had to be brought back once. I have seen death time and time again. The truth of the matter is that we are all leaning towards death…I am just here to help some along. You could call me the grim reaper’s cousin if you will. But, I come to inflict pain and anguish, but not to kill. This death will not be one that costs someone a life, but could cost you your career.” ***He smirks.*** “You dislike me, but you admit you dislike most people? A confused individual you are and this is one reason why you will fail. I, on the other hand, have a clear path and a plan to destroy and dismantle you and take home the win. Last time I returned to LCW I had to fight Dirt and yourself and it was no challenge at all. You did not do what you wanted to do which is stop me from making a comeback and an impact here in Mercury. Well, once again, I make a comeback and I have to face you. We are very familiar with each other in the ring, but this time the rules have changed. Being a Death Match, I can legally use the weapon of my choice, which is my patent barbed wire fishing pole. ***Blaise reaches down under the seat and pulls up the fishing pole wrapped in barbed wire. He sets it on his lap very carefully not to cut himself.*** “You will be the one seared and sliced open and your blood will be spilling all over the match and the entire arena for that matter. If you remember correctly, I have been a man who has used just about everything and anything to beat an opponent so this match is right down my alley. I don’t need the Steel City Committee, I don’t need Leaning Towards Death, all I need is me. I will beat you down and win this match by any means necessary!” ***An evil grin grow across Blaise’s face.*** “Your size has never been a factor in our past matches and I will use it to your disadvantage. We have had some monumental encounters in the past and I am sure this one will be no less than another great one for the books. But, I not only plan on winning the match, but I plan to hurt you Brim. I plan to injury you and put you through agonizing pain. You wanna talk about being hardcore and going to the extremes to win a match? I am right there with ya. But as well as being a hardcore brawler, I can also use my speed to elude you and surprise you. I can use high flying moves to take you off your feet. Then, the mat wrestling is definitely in my favor and if you are not careful, I can and will get you into various submission moves that will make you beg for your life and tap like you are about to lose a limb.” ***The limo comes to a screeching halt and Blaise braces himself with both arms.*** “What I the hell are you trying to do!?” ***The driver apologizes and Blaise sees that they have reached their destination. Blaise steps out at the airport. His cell phone rings immediately and he answers.*** “The SCC jet is ready to go? Good. I just got here.” **Blaise hangs up the phone ad steps up near the entrance to the airport.*** “You see, besides making my return again to LCW, I am a very important businessman here in Pittsburgh. Now, I head off for yet another challenge and another chance to prove I have what it takes to get to the top of Mercury. Brimstone is another step. Big man, you think you have the ultra violent mindset, which will help you win this match? Well you may, but I am fighting for blood out of anger and hungry for brutality. So anyone who stands in my way will suffer the consequences. I have no concern for my well-being and my life is on the lie each and every time I step into the ring. We both can take a hell of a lot of pain so this will be a true test to both of us. You say you harness the pain given to you? Well I absorb it and return it back to my opponent ten fold. If you plan on beating me in this one, you better knock me out cold, because as long as I am conscious you are in danger. Brimstone, my man, I have you right where I want you, Hook, Line and Sinker!” ***Blaise smiles, picks up a large duffle bag. One he was famous for carrying to the ring in the past for hardcore matches including his barbed wire fishing pole and many other brutal tools of destruction he plans on using. He slings it over his shoulder walks into the airport headed for yet another battle.*** View Blaise McCoy's Biography |
